President
Peter Ocampo started AP Construction, Inc. in 1989 with his father.He is the President of the company, and as such he oversees the company operations. He has completed all tasks involved in a start up company such as establishing policy and procedures for all phases of construction management. During the past 20 years at AP Construction Inc. Peter Ocampo has managed projects with an approx. value of $26,000,000.00 in general contracts of bid build, design/build and negotiated contracts for DOD and private customers, with an outstanding record for contact completion on time and within budget. All projects completed under the management of Peter Ocampo’s team had no loss days due to job related injuries or labor disputes. Peter Ocampo has developed numerous recourses on the A&E, MP&E that have proven themselves time and again by delivering project designs on time and within budget. His approach is to provide the engineering team with precise information to help them digest the scope of work and in turn deliver a very detailed drawing and specification package. With the help of his in house design assistance team Peter Ocampo & ”AP” is capable of delivering several design projects at once tracking all design deficiencies, calculations, deadlines and long lead-time items ahead of schedule to allow a consistent transition from partial design to 100% design to acceptance by the customer to construction and substantial completion of the project.

Armando Ocampo
Vice President
Armando Ocampo started AP Construction, Inc in 1989 with his son Peter Ocampo.Working in the construction field since 1957, Armando has seen the construction industry mold and change, and he has adapted along the way.His vast experience of construction methods has been imperative to the foundation and growth of AP Construction, Inc., which has tripled in size in just the past 5 years alone.

Jennifer Wiley
Project Manager
Jennifer Wiley joined AP Construction, Inc. in 2002 as an administrative assistant.She has since worked diligently to learn all aspects of the construction business and has become Senior Project Manager and head of Business Development for AP Construction, Inc..She has obtained a contractors license and is a Notary Public.She has been project Manager on numerous projects ranging from $50,000 to $3.5 million for clients that include the Air Force and AAFES.Over the past 3 years Jennifer has negotiated and managed over $15 million in projects.

Debbie Cole
Controller
Debbie Cole joined AP Construction at the end of 2008.She has over 20 years experience in Commercial Development, General Contracting and Property Management.She has worked as Controller with a Commercial Developer that developed and constructed over One Million square feet of Class A commercial office buildings and managed over 2 million square feet of commercial office properties.Debbie has also worked as a Controller with General Contractor’s averaging $80+ million in annual construction revenue specializing in retail, restaurant, and commercial construction.She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and has specialized in systems and procedural implementations.She has implemented both accounting and project management software in her previous experiences and looks forward to using this knowledge to bring current technology to AP Construction to help enhance the AP Contracting Team experience for all employees, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
